Jason Taylor is the Chief Sales Officer of Gannett Media and oversees USA TODAY NETWORK Ventures events and promotions. Jason is an innovative and creative industry leader with a long history serving as Publisher, Regional and Divisional President within both Gannett and GateHouse, including President and Publisher of the Las Vegas Review Journal and President of the Chattanooga Times Free Press. He has been recognized with numerous industry accolades including the Mega-Conference Innovator of the Year and the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal for Lifetime Achievement.

Carlos Zepeda, SVP Strategy, Marketing Capability and Chief of Staff, Moet Hennessy USA
Carlos Zepeda is SVP, Strategy, Marketing Capability and Chief of Staff for Moet Hennessy USA. He is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team that serves as a strategic partner to the organization to drive growth and enable brand experiences that increase brand desirability. In addition to this scope, he is Chief of Staff to the CEO, focusing on setting goals for the enterprise and drive resourcing alignment.
He joined Moet Hennessy as VP for Belvedere Vodka in 2014, leading the US business and marketing agenda for the brand. Subsequently, he held a couple of strategy and transformation roles both in marketing and enterprise-wide focused on developing and embedding the 2030 Strategy for the US market, installing a new strategic process to drive growth across brands and focus on critical capabilities in service of the strategy. Prior to Moet Hennessy he was VP of Marketing for Havaianas, leading the expansion of this iconic Brazilian brand in the US.
Previously, he held several marketing roles at PepsiCo over a span of 10 years where he led marketing for Diet Pepsi, Starbucks Frappuccino Ready-to-Drink, and customer marketing for the Foodservice division. He served as chair of Adelante, PepsiCo’s LatinX ERG in the US.
Earlier in his career, Carlos held consulting positions at Ernst & Young’s Customer Connections practice and at Peppers and Rogers Group, both in NYC working for a diverse industry set including Retail, Telecommunications, Luxury Automotive, Consumer Financial Services and Real Estate.
Carlos is passionate about developing talent and building high performing teams. He is co-chair for ANA’s Educational Foundation Talent Forward Committee and an advisory board member of Fashion Institute of Technology’s (FIT) global marketing program.
He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and Executive Education at Harvard Business School. He has spoken at several universities and industry forums including CMO Club, Brand Innovators, Bloomberg, Northwestern, Thunderbird, NYU and Royal Roads University.
Caroline Mayhew Gardner, Head of Integrated Brand Marketing and Experience, The RealReal
Previously recognized as a “Woman to Watch,” by Luxury Daily, Caroline has spent nearly twenty years leading the development and evolution of iconic brands like The Ritz-Carlton and The RealReal.
A firm believer in the power of brand in driving outsized growth, Caroline seeks to balance smart creative and strategic media buys with data-driven experience design. She has yielded average growth rates of +35% by building experiences and designing content people can’t wait to tell their friends about.
Caroline currently leads Brand Marketing & Experience for The RealReal, a luxury re-commerce company driving sustainability and inclusivity in fashion. She previously led global brand management for The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, where Caroline was responsible for driving the growth and evolution of The Ritz-Carlton, while also capturing new markets through product extensions such as The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Ritz-Carlton Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Residences. Caroline joined The Ritz-Carlton with extensive experience working alongside CEOs and other senior marketing executives to create strategic advantage by building stronger brands at CEB (now Gartner) and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Caroline’s work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company and Wall Street Journal. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s in International Economic Policy from American University in Washington, D.C.
Jamie Kerr, Vice President & Global Brand Leader, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company
Jamie Kerr is the Global Marketing Leader for The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts. With more than 50 marketing awards including Global Effie recognition and 20 years of experience in the luxury space she has expertise in creating partnerships and campaigns that breakthrough and developing experiences that resonate with today’s consumer.
Carina Ertl, CMO of Tourneau | Bucherer
Carina Ertl is the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital at Tourneau I Bucherer USA, a role she has held since 2019. She leads the change of merging watch retailers Tourneau and Bucherer, rebranding both under a single banner that represents the future of luxury timepieces and fine jewelry.
Ertl heads al facets of marketing and public relations, raising brand recognition in the United States. She also oversees the company’s digital platforms, jewelry and CPO business. “Ertl brings a breadth of experience rooted in digital and brand growth strategies that has resulted ni a track record of increasing brand awareness while growing e-commerce businesses by double digits. As the role of CMO continues to evolve into a digital first, consumer-centric mindset, Ertl’s perspective and expertise drive business growth in the arena where performance meets brand.”
Before joining Bucherer, Ertl worked with private Equity firms such as EQT where she built brand recognition of Eton in the United States and tremendously grew its digital business through a strategic reset of the brand’s digital platforms and software solutions. She is also the founder of CDL Global Ventures a boutique consulting firm focusing on PE-owned luxury brands.
Previously, Ertl spent eight years at Swarovski Group, starting as brand manager in Shanghai. She was then promoted to Director of Strategic Development, working directly with the chairman of the board. She eventually became the VP of Global Branding &Marketing.
Ertl is described as an inspirational leader, supporting women in business, and acting as an angel advisor. She teaches at GSB’s executive program, and is a speaker at Columbia University, Stanford Graduate School of Business, BrandInnovators, YPO and supported the start of Woman Matter in Fashion & Luxury, a group that acts as a support system for female executives in corporate environments.
Before entering the corporate arena, Ertl was a freelance journalist and producer based
in New York, where she worked on assignments from ProSieben, CBS, Elle, and ESPN Sports. She has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business
and a Masters of Marketing, Politics and American Literature from the University of Munich.
