An accomplished, curious, commercially focussed marketer Nicola has more than 20 years of experience working in various industries and regions across the world. With a strong background in telecoms and technology brands, Nicola has a proven track record in developing marketing strategies and executing impactful, award-winning marketing programs. 

For the past 13 years, Nicola has held various marketing leadership roles within the Mastercard team working on the legendary Priceless program. Leading Marketing and Communications for the UK, Leading consumer marketing in the US and more recently Brand strategy, globally. 

Throughout Nicola’s career, she has been passionate about building programs that support equality and inclusion, and have a real purpose with tangible impact, with a strong belief in creating marketing programs that are authentic to the brand and resonate with customers on a deeper level. 

Originally from the UK, Nicola is now based on the East Coast in the US and is a proud mom of two daughters and a Bernedoodle. When not working, Nicola enjoys sailing and exploring with her family and cherishes the continuous reverse mentoring that their family offers!

Jie Cheng, Global Vice President & Head of Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International

Jie Cheng is the Global Vice President and Head of Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International, based in Chicago. Since joining Mondelēz during the height of the pandemic, Jie has led the transformation of the snack giant’s digital commerce practice, more than quadrupling its business to $3 billion. With a passion for consumer-centric growth and digital commercial excellence, she is responsible for driving Mondelēz’s long-term digital commerce vision across the organization worldwide.

With a 25-year career in the FMCG industry and beyond, Jie has operated across different regions and diverse cultures, holding leadership positions at blue chip companies including Philips, Danone, Campbell Soup, and Hershey. Born in Zhejiang, China, Jie studied and taught at Wuhan University before moving to the United States in 1998 to pursue her MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Marissa Solis, SVP Global Brand and Consumer Marketing, NFL

MEXICAN-BORN Marissa Solis is a magnetic and inspirational leader who turned a childhood dream of public service into a thirty-year career building iconic brands across CPG, Sports, Retail, and the Public Sector. As SVP of Global Marketing at the NFL, she is one of the League’s highest-ranking female executives and currently leads all advertising, media, in-stadium marketing, and fan development initiatives.

Her path to success was rooted in humble beginnings. Solis grew up as an immigrant in the border community of Harlingen, Texas where she learned the meaning of hard work, customer service, and resilience working at her parents’ family restaurant. The plight of daily life along the Mexican border fueled her dream to attend Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and study international diplomacy and economics and later attend the University of Texas at Austin to receive her Masters in Public Policy.
