Patrick Vergara is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Norm Ai. Before joining Norm Ai, he was Co-founder, Head of Product, and COO at Alkymi, a New York–based technology company delivering AI-powered enterprise automation solutions to leading financial services firms.
Prior to Alkymi, Patrick was part of the founding team at Say Technologies, a regulatory technology company that developed a platform for broker-dealer compliance and is now part of Robinhood.
Before starting his technology career, Patrick worked as an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and other law firms. He is a member of the New York Bar and holds a law degree from Stanford University, as well as undergraduate and master’s degrees from Yale University.

Lilly Raymond is an enterprise marketing and digital transformation leader who applies AI, data, and technology to redefine how brands connect with customers and drive growth.
As VP, Head of Marketing Strategy, MarTech and Operations at Prudential Financial, she leads modern marketing strategy, MarTech and AI, creative, and marketing operations. She led AI adoption in marketing from pilot to enterprise scale, modernized the MarTech stack, and accelerated data-powered growth strategies that delivered 2 to 4x gains in engagement, conversion, and speed to market.
Previously, Lilly led product strategy and digital transformation at Bank of America as SVP, Head of Savings, CD, and IRA Products and as Enterprise Digital Marketing Executive. She has also held leadership roles at Duke Energy, FICO, and Thales Digital Identity and Security.
A frequent industry speaker, Lilly shares practical playbooks for AI-enabled marketing and MarTech. She shares her experience as an adjunct marketing professor at UNC Charlotte, mentoring future leaders in the evolving world of technology-driven marketing.
