Our Leadership

Grace-Anna Douglas is an experienced marketing leader, specializing in large-scale campaign management, social media marketing, event promotion, and paid media strategy. She has spearheaded campaigns in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Grace currently leads the Human Rights Foundation’s marketing team and their international conference series, the Oslo Freedom Forum. Her current work brings together the world’s most engaging human rights activists, journalists, artists, tech entrepreneurs, and world leaders, all aimed at sharing their stories and brainstorming ways to make our world freer for all.

With degrees in both marketing and public relations, Grace believes in a people-first approach in all aspects of her life and strives to empower other women to lead in the same way.
